"When will I wake up and listen?"

This is the question posed by the lyrical narrator in one of the poems contained in this book. All of the poems in this volume deal with this question to a greater or lesser extent. What is the happiness that so many people seek? Where can it be found? Is the very fact of asking this question already a hint at finding it? Because perhaps the only thing we need is a different perspective on the things we deal with every day.
