Dear Ben,
Thank you for your email. I am glad to hear from you.
You asked me a few questions about holidays, and I would like to answer them now. To tell the truth, I spent my last summer holidays in the country with my parents. There were a lot of my friends, too. During the holidays I went fishing, picked mushrooms, and rode a bike. It was fantastic. Honestly speaking, I like summer holidays most of all because they are the longest ones. I have enough time to relax and unwind from my exhausting school year.

Dear Ben,
Thank you for your email. I am glad to hear from you.
You asked me a few questions about learning languages, and I would like to answer them now. You know I learn English at school. Some pupils learn two languages in other schools but that is not obligatory. To tell the truth, I would not like to learn any other foreign languages because it takes up a lot of time. I do sports and am short of time indeed. In my opinion, your choice of Japanese is great. It can be very helpful if you are going to work in Japan.
Excuse me, I have to finish my email now.

To my mind, children should help their parents with the housework because it helps them get along with their parents and feel like a good family. Honestly speaking, I do not so much about the house. Usually, I take out trash and tidy up my room. That kind of thing. To tell the truth, I hate washing dishes, when my mum is not at home.

Dear Ben,
Thank you for your email. I am glad to hear from you.
You asked me a few questions about pets, and I would like to answer them now. In my opinion, some people don’t want to have any pets because it takes a lot of time and patience to look after them. Also, it is not so cheap. Frankly speaking, I do not approve of keeping exotic pets like spiders or snakes at home since they are dangerous and may hurt others. Better safe than sorry, you know. As far as my country concerned, cats and dogs are very popular here.

You won’t believe it, but I haven’t made my mind up yet. I want to create games, but I don’t want to be a programmer. Dear Ben,
Thank you for your email. I am glad to hear from you.
You asked me a few questions about ecology, and I would like to answer them now. In my opinion, the most serious ecological problem is air and water pollution. Our lives depend on that literally. To tell the truth, young people can protect the environment by cleaning up the trash, separating waste, saving water, and convincing my friends to do the same. I am absolutely sure that ecological problems should be discussed at school because schoolchildren should understand how to eliminate those threats to their future lives.
