The authorities of New Russia do not need to rule the country from the residence of the kings. Somehow this is in their minds, as if the thought «I’m not like everyone else, the great monarch, and the rest are my servants» leaks out of the walls. Well, you know, such a poison, like phenol from houses with wrong seals. For a long time you can not be here.

We release the ancient Kremlin from the government, we give it to museums and excursionists from all over the world. The buildings built in the 20th century are rebuilt into colorful hotels, libraries (branches of the RSL), etc. In general, access to the territory becomes free, now it is a favorite place for walking, a recreation area and a positive mood. The Kremlin is beginning to benefit.

2. General reform of prisons. Former «correctional» institutions are subject to demolition. In new buildings, everything is automated (the minimum number of security guards, this kind of service breaks down the psyche), cameras for one, or, hardly two people. Prisoners communicate with each other through an internal electronic network. No parole, «warming» of the zone from the side, and labor activity. Labor is the privilege of a free and honest person.

For all that, naturally – normal nutrition, providing decent living conditions.

Prisoners should not form new criminal communities, influence the mores of adolescents. A man who has transgressed the law, and the condemned, must return to the Law. The fact that he is deprived of his liberty by a court decision does not mean that he falls into a zone of lawlessness, violence, risk to health and life itself.

3. All-round, maximum simplification of the tax system. It is better not to collect tax than to push a person away from his Cause. It is also clear that this money will not go to feed the army of siloviki, officials, or any kind of state distributors, but without losses in the way they go to develop production, feed children and help their parents.

Tax declarations are written once a year (as in North America), practically, in an arbitrary form. Then the tax is paid. For large enterprises, the system is only a little more complicated.

Trust is one of the names of Love. And, as we have shown, without it no great country or strong economy is possible. By and large, in a decent society, people control each other themselves. A person who does not contribute, is revealed in conversations, deeds, is deprived of trust, support and becomes an outcast.

4. Freedom of demonstrations without any agreement. Up to 20 people can take part in demonstrations in cities, anywhere. Moreover – in privately equipped places for rallies. These places become cult (like the Old Arbat of the early nineties). It is possible to trade paintings, like art objects, food of own preparation, handicrafts without any permits and inspections. All the checks here are a matter solely for sellers and buyers. So, it’s crowded, there are TV cameras, where everything happens immediately gets to the web, and (provided a neat kind and normative vocabulary) you can say anything that comes to your mind.

6. Reducing the number of inspections, inspections of something, etc., at least ten times. All must be checked by the people themselves, the initial interested persons. At present, we recall that any state of emergency in the country causes, first of all, the unhealthy revival of the siloviki inspectors. «Now, you can not do without us.» At the same time, an emergency is always due to the inertia of the people themselves – as owners of any enterprises, and their customers. What additional state control, gospriemki, all new inspectors do not appoint, everything will only get worse. State inspectors act on abstract schemes. They are not interested in the real state of affairs, security, convenience, expediency. Only – the execution of another unintelligent decision. Even the best of them, without the control of «ordinary people» eventually come to the conclusion that the main value is money. For example, year after year, for very large sums, «measurements of insulation resistance of wires in the walls of schools and kindergartens, the speed of operation of automatic switches» are carried out – according to the same scheme, quite formally. This is generally no use to anyone. While real problems that can lead to a fire, and which can be eliminated on the spot, for very small «living» money – and remain.

7. We cover the doors for the Caucasus and Central Asia – we open wide the gates for Europeans from classical Europe. Exhausted by immigration from African countries, half-ruined Arab states, white Europeans have long dreamed of their America, where, to some extent, one can openly talk about one’s convictions. This is not a reservation. Russia in what is still quite a free country. Yes, there is a certain freedom of speech here – and therefore, by the way, dear friends, you read these heartfelt lines. In Europe, for posing the question of crime among immigrants, you can be fined for a non-child amount, planted, or deprived of prestigious work. In Ukraine, for the criticism of the war in the Donbass, a journalist-blogger-a common citizen, militants of semi-legal groups of nationalists, who act at the domestic level, are most likely to be killed.

Also, in Russia for white foreigners there is some kind of reserve of novelty. The freshness of perception is very important to man. To a large extent, all this fuss with the refugees from Libya, Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq is due to the fact that people want to do something important. It is hardly possible to call such an important trip to the store, to bored work, to the theater, or to the exhibition. Saving people, manifesting themselves, straining all mental and physical strengths is very important for the development of a person, some kind of his spiritual tone. This is used by some political circles, such as in the US… perhaps they are helping financially volunteers, equipping rescue vessels, etc. The united Europe should not become too strong… But, in the first place, in itself it’s all not so really bad, secondly, such assistance would be useless without the initial interest of ordinary Europeans.

Do you think they want something bad for Russia? I suppose not. And, if they open the gates, they could help in the fight against corruption, on the household, and the upper levels, with the development of the economy, the conduct of business. I do not think that from the flow of white migrants, tourists (with unlimited extension of the visa, with a work permit), Russian society may suffer as a result. Yes, for migrants with a residence permit it is important to know at least 200—300 words in Russian, the absence of problems with the law (here), preferably – the investment of certain funds in the Russian economy. More generally, nothing.

We need white Europeans. They are interested in the novelty of discoveries. I think, this may be some kind of productive love.

At the same time, the flow of migrants from the South-East should be rigidly, at least not completely, limited. Russia is the place where the West and the East meet? Maybe that makes sense. But so far, the Russian authorities are opening the way to the East or, frankly, cheap labor, terrorism, the concept of lawlessness and submission to fate.

8. In a new country, any registration at the place of residence is canceled. The metastasis of serfdom (slavery) and the Stalin era of state terrorism are removed once and for all. Where do you live? You live there. We do not have to inform anyone about our place of residence.

In addition, the health insurance system is changing. At present, in fact, residents are attached to «their» polyclinics. This order of things generates medical separatism. When a person with a permanent residence in, say, Kazan, can not take timely treatment in Moscow, and a Muscovite in Tatarstan, at least without tedious documentary red tape, and this is a direct government sabotage.

In addition, it is necessary to adopt the system of Western countries (USA), when the medical policy operates in private medical institutions. It seems that Russian citizens, for the most part, do not even know that everything is normal in this way. The people from Russian medicine divide the medical institutions into «private» and «state» ones. In the latter, a significant part of the services is covered by the MHI policy. In fact, the MHI should, somewhere partially, in some and all, pay for the services of private clinics. In many developed countries (therefore, they are developed, that there is love, and not immediate benefit), the services of private medical institutions are paid for by compulsory medical insurance in full.

So, trust and all-round care of a person instead of medical separatism and web of documents.

9. All attempts of any state mechanisms to «digitize» a person are declared illegal. At present, Russia’s integrity and stability are directly undermined by the so-called «Yarovoy Package». To create a certain device for total listening, 4.5 trillion is allocated. rubles (7 annual budgets of public health services). More precisely, all users will have to pay for this (we). Do you know, dear friends, people in the highest leadership of the Russian Federation, law enforcement agencies, who can be completely entrusted with our security? Those who will analyze the data of a hypothetical electronic informant… you know? Did you choose them? So, who is this? Bortnikov, Kolokoltsov, Kudrin, Chubais, Yarovaya, Nabiullina, Putin, Yumashev, Shuvalov …?

Even if only one-tenth or one hundredth (as always) will be used for the intended purpose – anyway, everyone will be under the hood. Anyone can be deprived of an electronic money account, the ability to earn, undergo treatment, move around the country, and out of bounds, just one whim or mistake of an unknown official. It must be recalled that the ultimate hardening of the System, its greatest rigidity and centralization, means collapse. As soon as this cast iron crystallizes, it will immediately burst. People are people. They can not live too long like this, obediently, like puppets, under the supervision of those persons who are already quite clearly becoming known as enemies of the human race.

The first option – citizens will fall into a stupor, simply refuse to produce anything. Approximately it was in the south of the USSR during the years of collectivization. No special resistance, nothing – residents just sit on benches and look at one point. Complete non-participation in state projects, tired sabotage, even with a view to starving to death.

The second option is «senseless and merciless».

In a society of trust and love, people look after each other, just like relatives in the family. Much is forgiven. But, this way of organizing a unit of society is most effective. Families, where strict parents look at diaries of children, their phones, pockets, place video cameras in rooms, near the bed, in the bathroom, the toilet, constantly suspect the child in something reprehensible, um, they say that they say we saw everything that was in the bathroom… from such families, adolescents escape. Yes, and we are no longer children.

10. Creation of institutes of formation of mentality of citizens. The first step is various kinds of electives (on a voluntary basis, or for a fee) from teachers and lawyers. Knowledge of the law. How to defend their rights. Grouping to protect their interests. Phones Rospotrebnadzor, Consumer Protection Society. Where is the court building, the procedure for contacting the Prosecutor’s Office. Also, according to the American model (hereinafter in the text more fully) – what should we do to prevent a dictatorship. Why is it so important to change the power, etc., etc., etc.

11. Church reform – correlates with paragraph 10. The church should be elected. Priests are appointed from worthy parishioners. The provision that the church must necessarily be friends with the bureaucratic apparatus, that this is a kind of more or less successful commercial enterprise, is canceled.

12. For the comprehensive development of the citizens of the new country, the creation of a basis for the representation of this power among newly converted foreigners, a Museum of General History should be created. Imagine – a three-dimensional book, a filmstrip, … a multifaceted exposition explaining the common vision of World History. This is important, more, perhaps, than you imagine.

So. The museum. Partially – under the open sky. Dwellings of different eras. The core is Russia, from the beginning of the last millennium. Huts. Almost everyone in such a museum is a replica (made by modern masters) on a scale of 1: 1. Through military equipment it is convenient to show the progress of science. Good or bad, weapons have a special status. Without comfortable habitation and delicacies to live it is quite possible. But weapons are a means of defense. It depends on life itself, and therefore it is significant almost to the same extent as the religious buildings.

Only one book is written that represents History quite fully and consistently: it is the "Bible of Time", or "The History of almost Total 1,2". If you want all of our plans to come true, start with yourself. Get the book (it's best in the printed form, there is such a function). Put it in a prominent place, talk hoarsely with relatives and friends. Only then does the word become a thing. Opinions that, oh-0, now, this is just such an advertising trick of the author, we all know this ourselves – are indignantly indignant.

13. In the matter of accepting new citizens from among white aliens, it is very important, you know, to control the face. We, the controllers of this process will have to forget about hypocrisy, and not least to think about the appearance, the genetics of new converts. In fact, dear reader, you also know that a good person from the inner bad can be distinguished in appearance.

14. Army reform. This organization should become, among other things, a place for teaching young people to popular working specialties (machine tools, production, modern welding, driving), courses of a paramedic – a paramedic, and so on. The basics of jurisprudence and business are given. Demobilized, reserve soldiers are usually rapidly atomized. Find friends, reliable companions in such a fragmented world is difficult.

A real military man, modeled on the legionnaire of Ancient Rome (and this is a very serious state) should be able not only to destroy (or to beat the buckets), but also to build the state.

15. Creation of a kind of Force Places, Mayakovs, Soviets, by initiative groups from the people, or even, at the initial stage, individuals. Ideally, this is a small fortress, a kind of dungeon, a sign of strength and power of the nation. 16. On the basis of the People’s Councils, a new Government is being formed. People, how many have mastered the management scheme «on the mountain» (here is another name for the seat of the Force) have the opportunity to form the Supreme Government. In fact, there is nothing particularly complicated here, it is hardly more tiring than learning how to use a personal computer (remember, dear reader, you also once thought it was something unthinkable). The basic principles are perfect transparency, control by the people, regular turnover. Voting for the election of new members of the government, now and quite officially, is conducted in the same bureaucratic corridors.

These institutions (now) are not the vehicles of the will of the people. Corporate ethics, the charter, does not allow representatives of the party (for example, «ER») to vote on any issue of arrangement of the country other than consolidated. This all sends us back to the time of the Bolshevik Party, the Stalinist terror, the general famine and the destruction of the economy (except, perhaps, the military-industrial complex, which is probably swollen like a leech).

So, it is necessary to have a System in which some trained, enterprising and respectable representatives of the nation monitor the cash flows of the state budget, the activities of functionaries, collect all the data about them, and, relying on numerous, close-knit Soviets, have the opportunity to apply a reasonable Force.

17. Reform of the media and, in the first place, the cinema. Providing access to initiative, understanding and (let me say this word) soulful people to the means of producing films. Elimination of the state funding of «masterpieces» of certain «maestros» of cinema, beloved by the authorities (such as S. Mikhalkov, A. Zvyagintsev, A. Sokurov, P. Lungin, K. Shakhnazarov). Creation of a film rental system that ensures the payback of cinematography (including on the Internet), including films of beginners, but talented directors, shot on their own, or borrowed from private producers, money.

The expulsion of Jews from most European countries, the ban on the purchase of land – all this was done over and over again not because of the inherent harm of European peoples and their aristocracy, but only as an extreme measure of protecting the interests of the local population.

Jews go into commerce, usury – and entangle all countries of the world with a network of debt bondage.

In the world banking system a lot of useful. However, when the power over it is strong, almost tightly captured by a certain group of people, and is inherited – this is not entirely correct.

If the media, cinema, literature gather «only their own», and so gently, culturally, politely do not let «strangers» with their works, this is also not good. At the same time, a cult of «our own», blood-sucking, initially quite ordinary people is created.

.. These people are terribly distorting the original design of the Russian people, seizing power over the Soviets (promising governing bodies created on the ground by workers ’collectives) and, together with those from the Caucasus, immerse the country in the abyss of the Thirty Years’ Civil War.

After another seventy-five years, they leave their strange experiments and tidy up their industry, resources and the entire banking sector of the huge… now «former» Soviet Union.

And in the first and second case – there is very little love for the «state-forming» people, used as if «human material» without a real soul. Or, it is not at all. There is not so useful for the establishment of a single strong state of blood ties. And therefore everything that is done is done as something very ugly.

The Anglo-Saxons and Jews, the two leading nations of the world, are said to be in some kind of love and harmony, as they look after each other. And, if there is a crack in this system of mutual deterrence, the world obviously expects Armageddon.

North America is a great example of the cooperation of any religious Jews and Anglo-Saxon Protestants. At the same time, the US gets an excuse to attack Iraq and invade Afghanistan. It is these countries that have been found guilty of the largest, at the present time, terrorist act. The vast military-industrial complex, the American army, since the collapse of the Soviet Union, feeling the lack of funds, once again get open access to the state budget (allocations are doubled, only Afghanistan and Iraq are allocated 3 trillion dollars). The monetary contentment of the law enforcement agencies is sharply increased. Powers of state security structures are expanding.

Later, the strongest blows to the United States and the European Union are received by Libya and Syria.

Both these countries, just like Iraq, we recall, are Israel’s natural enemies.

… We can sympathize with Israel and its heroic Defense Army, which is trying to preserve peace and prosperity on its land by classical military methods. But, to use another, a huge country and its inhabitants for their own needs, in symbiosis with its special services, adjusting a terrifying and inhumane terrorist act is too much.

This God (which not only for the Jews) can not approve.

Let me remind you that the September 11, 2001 terrorist act has a kind of forerunner. Thus, on June 8, 1967, Israeli planes without identification signs, for several hours, are attacked (clearly identified by them) by the American intelligence vessel Liberty. 34 sailors are dying. The idea of an operation carried out with participation of some structures of the highest US administration is provocation, involvement of the US in the war with Egypt on the side of Israel. The shelling of a destroyer ceases only when the US military restores part of the antenna (destroyed by the Israelis first) and sends a signal to its Sixth Fleet.

…I’m not ashamed to say that I love America. Therefore, friends, the realization that the system of checks and balances in it has given a serious crack, and democracy is based only on an honest word, and the silence of a still well-fed people, is very depressing. It’s also sad that almost the whole world, having watched TV stories (for example, with the apparent incongruity of the Pentagon’s attack, obviously not a passenger liner), is quite content with the narrative presented by the US Government.

Maybe the Anglo-Saxons and Jews, the military and the financiers are now a single conglomerate… Or, completely and completely here – did the latter win? In the buildings of the Pentagon, the CIA, the FBI, there were violent shootings, stripping, the destruction of all the remaining dissenters? … We do not know anything about this with you, friends. It seems a good topic for an instructive film, if only we had worthy directors.

Most likely, the holding force – (at least some religious and decent) Anglo-Saxons, with a fight, surrendered its position. Now in the world there is only one, non-replaceable earthly authority.

And this is wrong.

… We can develop, and realize the idea that the time has come to form a fundamentally new leading nation. Yes, not from absolute zero, but on the basis of all the best that the Western world and the Jewish tradition can offer us. But, for this it is necessary to diligently, zealously ask God for the sanction of chosenness, serious work, suffering and accomplishments – individually, and together with blood-related people.

The key words here are love and trust.
