"Within the Precincts" by Margaret Oliphant, better known by her pen-name Mrs. Oliphant, is yet another example of the writer's list of mysteries. Oliphant was a compelling and masterful writer who quickly gained a fan base. Though her books were first published many years ago, they're still just as exciting and entertaining today.
