Gestión Organizacional Humanizada

Gestión organizacional humanizada, le proporcionará pautas para asegurar la humanización interna dentro de las organizaciones. Integrando en la teoría de la gestión la teoría de la humanización, las estrategias presentadas en el texto se adaptan a las organizaciones de servicios humanos en general y a los problemas de relación entre el empleador y el empleado, proponiendo la empatía como solución a los conflictos internos.
