Anyone who has studied the history of the Near East for the last five centuries will not be surprised that the Allied Powers have decided to put an end to the rule of the Turks in Europe, and their determination to conquer the Christian population and bring them to the Turkish Empire, whether in Asia or in Europe. The Turks were hopelessly unfit to govern, had no sense of justice, subject races of a different religion.
