Secret agent Mark Istomov is forced to participate in a special operation, using the Tibetan technique of lucid dreaming to assassinate a presidential candidate. Meanwhile, a woman suffering from insomnia enters the scout's dream world. A violent passion develops between Mark and the beautiful blonde. Soon afterwards, Nelly discovers that her lover is not an imaginary figure from her dreams, but a real person who is being held against his will on a military base.
